Richmond Animal League will be offering free adoptions of its senior cats - 5 years or older - to senior citizens - 55 years or older - whose adoption applications are approved. Historically, senior cats are the last animals to be adopted from the RAL shelter, some living there for years. In an effort to provide these wonderful companion animals a second chance, RAL will waive the $50 adoption fee and provide adopters with 3 months worth of flea and tick treatment and a large bag of cat food.
