RAL is delighted to announce that their Loving Spay + Neuter Clinic will open its doors on February 15, 2010. The clinic is a low cost, high volume spay and neuter facility housed on RAL’s property in Chesterfield County. It is the first and only such facility located south of the James River. It is open to pet owners, humane groups and animal shelters without geographical restrictions. more
