Why Should I Join RAL??
We do two things at RAL. We shelter animals until they find their new homes. We also raise money. The shelter cannot run without operating funds. Becoming a member ensures that RAL has some money coming in but also does something much more important.
Our Director of Development will be approaching community and national organizations for grants and major funding. With a defined and loyal membership that we can show is growing every year, organizations can see that the community is confident and supportive of RAL in performing its mission—to save as many homeless animals as possible. We can then develop programs to attack the root of the problem by educating pet owners and provide low cost spay and neutering to reduce the population of stray and unwanted cats and dogs.
