Beatrice (Bea or Bebe) is a sweet low-rider female APBT or AST. She's got a really short wide stature and is a flashy blue brindle and white. We call her Beatrice because she's kind of old fashioned looking and a little matronly with her plump rear end. We estimate her age to be about 2 years old. She is good with other dogs and Ok with cats (she's still learning about them).
She's crate trained and working on housebreaking. She has a really soft sweet and unassuming disposition. All she wants is a family that is as nice as she is. She makes good eye contact. She is easily corrected with a voice correction and really wants to make her family happy with her. She's soft and snuggly and likes to cuddle. She's easy going, easy to bathe and groom and easy to handle. She's a bit of a puller on lead but that will improve with some training. She knows sit already.

She's had it tough in her first two years of life, she had all the earmarks of a dog that spent a lot of time on a chain. The fly strike ears, the swollen ankles and the thick scaly dandruff of a dog with a poor diet. All that is changing and her ankles are better, her ears are getting softer every day and she loves snuggling in a soft dog bed. Despite her condition, she appears to have never had a litter of puppies. She really perks up after a bath and with her new diet, she's getting more and more playful and active. She's a darling girl.
She will be ready to go to a new family after December 1, 2008 but we are taking applications now. She is spayed, UTD on shots, HW tested and microchipped.
